Hello,

We've tested and can confirm that the clixgrid is working properly. No other member has reported an issue with it.

What is the error message? Can you please send us a screenshot?

Could you please try to clear your cache or use another internet browser or device to see if it helps?

If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset it by going in "Preferences" under Account, and then on the "Security" tab.

I go on vacation 10 days and I can't take my PC with me.   I read that after 7 days balance reset on 0, what can I do now? 
Should I put my account balance in Purchase balance so I save my money?
Can I use mobile phone just for log in in to Virabux site so I stay active here, because I don't want that my balance reset.
