Coinbase Withraw problem

Hi Everyone!

Please someone help me to explain what happend. Eight days ago i asked a bitcoin payment (0.00014479 BTC) My crypto is in pending status with zero confirmations and does not move. Anybody has an experience what happend?

Hello,

It looks like the BTC transaction we sent got stuck due to the network congestion and the low transaction fee. It will be only confirmed once a miner picks up the transaction. We have contacted the support but we cannot guarantee any timeframe when the transaction will be confirmed as it is completely out of our hands.
