Refund my Click Exchange Credits

I had added my site many days ago. But since it was not approved till date, I tried to delete the ad. There was no option to retract the credits assigned to it. So, I thought may be it will be added back since the ad was not approved. But to my utmost surprise, the ad got deleted and also my assigned credits. There was no mentioning that it may happen anywhere in the site. So, its not my fault I think.

Now I request the admin to refund my credits and also a message to that window so that in future no one lose their hard earned credits.

That's weird. we have no history about your ad or credits.

How many credits were assigned to the ad?

I am also clueless that my ad was pending for more than a week. 38 credits were assigned to it. Kindly check and refund. Thanks.

Today same thing happened again. I deleted two click exchange sites and all my credits were lost. Admin please fix this issue.

If you delete ads that still have credits. The credits will be lost.

How many credits were left for the 2 sites?

In total more than 600 credits. I thought you have that in your logs.

Just saw this post and wanted to add that there is no option to retract credits.

I know that before deleting an add that credits need to be retracted so maybe you should check into it why it does not work or is not enabled.
